I RECEIVED A GENERIC E-MAIL FROM DIRECT TV, NOTHING MORE THAT A FORM ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND NO CONCERN FOR MY ISSUE…….NO CARING FOR A LONG TIME CUSTOMER. I CAN\'T WAIT UNTIL MY 2 YEARS ARE UP SO I CAN GET COMCAST.

2-3 weeks ago Direct TV hooked up three Vizio TV's.Two are working fine but our new 55" TV had given us problems soon after the installation guys left.

The TV works fine and has a great picture my problem is the Direct TV remote control does not always turn on the TV when I click the on button. The other two work fine….I have called Direct TV at least 20 times and get a run around advising me the problem is the TV? They finally set out someone who DID NOT CORRECT the problem.

I sent a complaint E-mail to Direct TV that acknowledged my E-mail?One day I will be a former Direct TV customer.

people dont have food and you cry your remote doesnt turn your tv off.some people.so you spend all that time on that issue.
