Directv - Direct TV - Customer Service Worthless
After speaking with a rep and a supervisor at Direct TV trying to find out why a payment is not registered when it was made at a qualified payment center.It takes 3-5 days to register a payment in this electronic age??!!
Talking to the supervisor was a waste of time because he did nothing to help just kept repeating "it takes 3-5 days" I'm sure a Parrot could do the same thing at a much lower cost than Hugo. Good thing is my contract is up and they have now lost a customer of 5 years to ATT!
It takes more money to get a new customer than it does to retain an old customer.Wise up Direct TV.
