Directv - Direct TV debits more than committed
I am a DirectTV customer and I was promised the choice package for 24.99 after applying all the rebates for which I have a mail confirmation from DirecTV.I was not asked to apply for any rebate or call anyone after getting connected.
I didn't notice the amount debited to my account for 4 months which was my mistake because I trusted them.
To my surprise I saw that they have been debiting 59.49 since 4 months.When I called customer service they said that since my account is past 90 days I cannot apply for any rebate now and they will continue to charge the same for 2 years.
