I would not recommend Direct TV to anyone!They have terrible customer service and do not "work with you" at all.
You have a 14 day window to cancel and make changes otherwise you are stuck with this service provider for 24 months or incur a $400 cancelation fee. My bill manages to go up a little every month and I have very basic services, when I call to ask about it I might wait 30, 40, 60 min before getting re-routed to the proper person who usually is unable to answer my questions or do anything to help.
Managers are rude and again, very unhelpful.Do not make the mistake of entering into a contract with this service provider…mark my words, you will regret it!
