June of this year, we had our Direct TV for a week,first time customers.We were not satisfied with the service, all this features discussed to us during the sign up were not even true, and we even had the most expensive bundle!

Also, when asked for the cancellation policy, 2 YEAR CONTRACT was not even mentioned, we were shocked that we were charged for $366 plus and sent to collection agency, threatening us for affecting our credit, we were then prompt to pay this ridiculous amount. First of all, we would not have ours cancelled if direct tv customer service were able to resolve our issues everytime we call (yeah, direct tv, you can check your calls log), even them dont know what to do. We had to pay for movies even though we were promised to get those for free since we had the premier bundle. The worst is this 2 year contract!!!!

that was not even explained to us!!!!! till we had ours cancelled. Who in the *** would know if you are satisfied with your service after a day????? No one sits in front of the tv 24 hours!

We had ours cancelled after a week because we were fed up with their NO RESOLUTION, everytime we call our problems remain problems, it is what it is-this is what they always tell you. Our problem is we CANT ACCESS THE MOVIES YOU PROMISED IF WE GET THE PREMIER BUNDLE/THE MOST EXPENSIVE BUNDLE, all you got to say is- it is what it is?????? what the ***???!!! then you come threatening us if we cut the service prior to 2yr agreement???!!!

when you are the one who prompted us to cancel it!!! To all of you there, DO NOT PATRONIZE DIRECT TV!!!

PLEASE!!!!!I went back to comcast, i have always been a comcast subscriber, i decided to give this Direct TV a kick, and i totally regret it!!!!!!

While the Direct TV rep should have mentioned it, he 2 year contract was written clearly in the paperwork you signed. You should have read it.
