If you are deciding on cable company, do not even consider Direct TV.Customer service is terrible.

This has happened repeatedly to us. Initially for the install, we scheduled an appointment for the technician to come out. Then we were called on the day of by the technician to cancel due to being "overbooked by Direct TV". The installation was delayed by 10 days.

Now again we need a technician to come and fix the dish. Had an appointment for day and have already been called by technician to say again they are overbooked. Called customer service and was told that "all companies operate like this".

Not true.We are now without any TV service and are at their mercy.

Once they get you signed up,the rest is history,read all the complaints to see what all DTV does to their customers and what little they do for them
