When we signed up with Direct tv, we were promised a $100 gift card.Never received it.
called and they issued another one. Never received it. We called to have our service transferred to a new address, she had to charge us $100 but said she will give us a $100 gift card to cover the transfer fee. Haha where's the other 2?
I wont hold by breath. paid my bill over the phone (all of my at&t services are combined onto one bill) two hours later my direct tv gets shut off! I called and they did not receive record of the payment. No big deal, they turned it back on.
Looked at my bill a month later, $50 reconnection fee?!! but it wasn't my fault you never got the payment notification. Called direct tv/at&t and they refused to refund the $50!
They connected me to some dispute line where I was on hold for 30 minutes and eventually hung up so apparently left me on hold to accomplish exactly that!These guys are terrible at customer service!
