Directv - Direct tv doesn't deliver anything but headaches
We signed up with Direct tv on Dec 21 and in the first month have had nothing but problems.The installation was so bad that we have lost service 5 times and it will take a week before we can get a service person out here to fix their install problems.
I have been on the phone with them and although they are always polite they can't help you. The worst thing is that when I said I wanted to cancel they want a 200 cancel fee for their poor service! What a racket! They sell specials but bill you wrong and then say you'll receive a credit after 2 or 3 months.
I'm stuck with a 2 yr contract and then I'll go back to Dish Network.I had them for 15 years and never had problems.
