Direct tv , after an 8 hour install, consistently billed us incorrectly for the three years that we had their service.They called one morning at 8:30 about a "past due balance" that was not due for 2 more weeks.

Following that phone call (which, by the way is against the law to make a "collection call" prior to 9am). After the customer service rep was informed that the check has been mailed, the rep stated that they had our credit card information and would just bill that. We did not authorize this, and the"past Due" wasn't really due for another 2 weeks. Direct TV service was promptly shut off by Direct TV with no notification.

We simply called another provider and have been thrilled ever since.We will never use this company again and have found their reps very unprofessional at every level.
