Got direct tv installed on this past Tuesday, went out today, Saturday, called their useless customer service & was told they could send someone out a week from tomorrow.Totally unacceptable!

Direct tv is not worth your time!!! He customer service rep was reading from a script & had no idea what I was talking abou

t. I would recommend avoiding direct tv ay all costs, they aren't worth the time or trouble. We called the installer & he didn't even return our call.

So here we sit we no tv.Thanks direct tv, you & your customer service is the pits.

Hey Anonymous in Rock Hill, SC:

It could be raining $100 bills and you would be *** that is was not pouring. Grow a set and figure out how to adjust your dish yourself and not waste the installers time. You probably messed something up yourself and are blaming the dish company.
