Two of our 3 boxes have stopped working over the last couple months, they wanted $552 plus a new 2 year committment to install and replace 2 broken boxes and place new satellite dish.I wanted it free for continued loyalty.
2 year renewed committment I could have understood, but not $552!! We did call 3 tims trying to work out a mutual agreement to continue service, no deal! We switched to Dish Saturday, can't wait to cancel Direct TV today! One more customer lost Direct TV.
As a business owner, I think my customers are worth keeping.Good luck with your customers dumping you like flies!
