I cancelled my service and was told I had 28 days to return recievers. you must mail them back in the box they provide.

They waited four days to sent them out. Over two weeks and two phone calls later, I get them. take them to usps next day and Directs return service waits 7 days to pick it up. I call three more times but I'm billed $500.00, to which they can't decide if they even received them?

told finance dept.

is in a secluded area with no phones and I will have to email them and wait for a call back. reported them to BBB

You might be able to get UPS or whomever you sent their receivers back by to confirm receipt of delivery by DTV as someone has to sign for the boxes.
