Direct TV will offer discounts on HD TV to new customers but not to their current, existing, faithful customers.Direct TV says they have limits to what they can provide to their existing customers.
Does this seem right? Shouldn't you honor your loyal customers instead of trying to charm new ones? We've been a customer since 1999. Don't get me wrong...you can get great progmming on Direct TV and access to the latest shows.
But, I'm upset that they won't give me the same discounts they would give to a new customer. I should cancel and resubscribe.
I hope they don't get rid of FX too.I love that channel.
