My husband & I ordered bundled services through Direct TV yesterday (1/23/11).We have spent hours on the phone & were told that Qwest phone service is not offered in our area.

They were fast with taking money out of our account. Today we were transferred 9 times to different people before we found a supervisor who could cancel our order. No one there knows the entire story & you have to share your story with each person you are transferred to.

I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life.I would not subscribe to Direct TV if my life depended on it!!!!

Stay away from Direct TV.They have horrible customer service.

BEWARE of those great package deals for new customers. They draw you in, then they *** with outrageous fees. When my contract is up, I am going to cable!

Direct TV customer service is horrible!They do not appreciate their customers.....believe me.
