My husband & I ordered bundled services through Direct TV yesterday (1/23/11).We have spent hours on the phone & were told that Qwest phone service is not offered in our area.
They were fast with taking money out of our account. Today we were transferred 9 times to different people before we found a supervisor who could cancel our order. No one there knows the entire story & you have to share your story with each person you are transferred to.
I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life.I would not subscribe to Direct TV if my life depended on it!!!!
