I was suppose to get my direct TV set up, but the installation tech showed before the pre-scheduled time when I was not there, called me and said he couldn't set it up even though I have clear line of sight in my back patio.When I called customer service and they blew me and now I don't have anything.

I mean seriously, is this the way they do business. They didn't even try.

After calling them again pissed, the told me they would call me back and they didn't.I don't understand why they would do this to a paying consumer.

I was a customer for five years and recently moved.Not only did they not show up when I requested it, but when they did show up they left holes in my walls and stripped holes where the screws were.

The icing on the cake was the tech STOLE my Monstor Gold HDMI cables for my HD TV and used the standard cables instead. Not only will Direct TV not reimburse me for my stolen cables, but they told me this was a matter for the police and would not pursue the matter with the installer.

FIOS will be here on Friday!:(
