I was suppose to get my direct TV set up, but the installation tech showed before the pre-scheduled time when I was not there, called me and said he couldn't set it up even though I have clear line of sight in my back patio. When I called customer service and they blew me and now I don't have anything.
I mean seriously, is this the way they do business. They didn't even try.
After calling them again pissed, the told me they would call me back and they didn't. I don't understand why they would do this to a paying consumer.
