I spent ALL day yesterday on the phone with numerous reps/spvrs etc with DirectTV, all giving me the same line from the beginning...I'm sorry. Let me fix this for you and get you in contact with the right people.
If you know the phrase "passing the buck", that's all I was yesterday- the buck. And I was passed, and passed to several different people, all who told me that "this is what you need to do" or "this is who you need to talk to". All I was trying to do is set up installation, so that my bf & I can watch game 6 tonight at home.
Not happening. The fact is, I wasted all day trying to get my installation set up yesterday, which STILL never happened, and as far as I'm concerned, Direct TV has lost a customer FOR LIFE.
