So I called today to tell the lady I would pay my bill on Friday. so I wasn't interrupted!!

well my Bill is $53 dollars she said well pay it on friday your shut off as of now!! and I have had Direct tv for years. Ill def be shopping around for something else! the *** was rude as ***!!

and Direct tv can shove it! no one should be treated the way I was after having Direct tv for years! its very sad that I have had to write this... I did tell her I will be looking into direct tv she said ok no prob cause you will have a $35 Bill for reconnect, I feel as I have been treated like a piece of ***!

ridiculous and I will be telling many people how rude and *** they treat people!! I've never had such a *** show problem ever with Direct tv
