Just signed up for service sept22,2011 tell me why I have a new bill showing the current charges due Dec 8 and why I received a collection notice from some agency for 178 dollars for service provided to a mr. Lopez.
This is a new number for me and new service. I left Fios for this and now your trying to rip me off for a bill owed by a dead beat customer.
I think I smell a law suit what do you think? The issue is they need someone like me to teach there staff how to assist, correct and retain customers, but instead they cheaped out let the crazies run the asylum!
