Direct TV owes me a refund of $192.10 and after 4 phones calls and over 3 hours worth of talking and waiting I have gotten 4 differnt times I should see the refund. 7 business days, 24 hours, 30 business days, 8 business days.
They do not own up to their words, they don't speak english and they treat you like *** and they have the worest customer service ever. I have even made sure to ask for employee id numbers but that doesn't even help because they still do not make their employees accountable for their actions.
It is ridiculos plane and simple.
Never do business with them.
