When I cancelled my account 2 years ago, I fought for months disputing my final bill of $348.00. I finally won my battle after 5 months of phone discussions.

Last month I called At&t to add services to my account and they say I can't get new services because of my old bill from Direct Tv now in collection. I sent a letter explaining everything that transpired but AT&T refuses to remove the charges. I am back at square one. The biggest problem is that just a month or two ago, I threw away all my notes and correspondence form last year - I have nothing to work from.

I don't know where to go from here?

BBB?Attorney General's Office? What can I do, I have no proof now.
