Do not give these people a cent!, the product does not live up to what it claims it is (no HD) and 80% of the channels do not work. I set it up on one network and now cant use it on any other. I have unsuccessfuly tried to get them to refund my money and get only an automated response... from a Cathey Gibbons, from the poor sentence construction i would assume that English is not "IT's" first language.

Should ahve listend to my instincts, when the deal is too good... Anyways if anyone else out there is thinking about purchasing.. dont!

Try calling the corporate office at this #

310-533-5000 "Mike White" and ask switchboard operator to speak to the office of the President and tell them your problem. I read a reply from someone on another site that this works..worth a try anyway.
