They have gone up on my bill at least 5 times since I have been a customer. They send these updates for contract change but states your bill want be affected but that's a lie.

They tell you the boxes are free and that's a lie. They take away channels without telling you and charge you for channels that's supposed to be part of regular stations. Not to mention, my tv's barely works. Goes out every single day and the weather is not bad.

Then they want to charge $50 for a service charge. My bill has gone from $130 to $258.00.

They sent me an email about 2 months ago, stating that they were over charging me and was going to see the deductions on my next bill, well I have since paid 3 bills and haven't seen no deductions. Not to mention how hard it is to contact them.

Product or Service Mentioned: Directv Tv Service.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $3600.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Multiple channels.

I didn't like: Quality and pricing.
