got me hooked on contract for 2 years didnt warn me about canceling fees now they ask me to pay over 400 dollars hasnt been a month worst service.if u want *** customer care that would be direct tv.

i should have never gone to those lying cheating company. over charges you for monthly rates. now im trapped.

my best advice to all you on social media if you want to wath a movie just use ur internet at home on pc or use the tv and internet netflix or hulu rather pay them small amount a month and able to cancel any time with very small fee.sorry but 420 to cancel my account i call bs on this
