I switch to Direct TV over a year ago to save money & to have more channels for both me & my mother.However, our bill has doubled where it's not affordable, and now you've taken channels away we watch on a daily basis.

My son watch Nick faithfully & is very pissed about not being able to watch his favorite channels. This is totally unacceptable! I will not go another day & allow you to breach your end of the contract. If you can't honor what was promised neither will I!!

If these channels are not back up immediately, as well as you all lowering your service I will be switching to another cable/satellite service provider!You all better not try to charge me for equipment or breaching of the contract because you all can pick up your equipment, and you already breach the contract!
