I've been on the phone everyday this week totally 8 HOURS!I've talked to at least 15 different representatives!!

I needed receivers to be disconnected- they promised me they were. Two weeks later, the bill comes & they werent. I tried to get them to reimburse me since the receivers were unused & it was a mistake of there half & they were INCREDIBLY rude. They told me they couldnt disconnect them?!

Your own equipment?!

I FINALLY got a hold of someone to disconnect the receievers- they disconnected the wrong receievers!Now they cant disconnect the right one & connect their mistake!

Monetary Loss: $75.
