I was told by an agent of Direct TV was you can sign up w/ them if I don't like then just cancel it. It's turn out now , I cancel , Direct TV charged me w/ $450 fee. Any one out there we can talk and complaint about this.

This is a rip off. What should I do ? Pay or don't pay ????

Where I should address this issue to ? any one out there get the same ??

Why such a big company like this betray the consumers trust ???

Please help !!!. We don't have to trust your company any more ???

You could always contact the Better Business Bureau.

Direct TV also charges you a cancellation fee should you choose to cancel due to lack of signal due to weather.

I have not had any signal for days due to snow and they told me they do not send service techs out in the snow.

What is the point of paying for service that I do not have?They are a horrible company and I will be letting everyone I know not to sign a contract with them.

You should have read the contract before you signed it.If you want to cancel and don't want to pay the fee right away, make sure you close your credit card account first because they are going to charge it right after you cancel.

They can also charge your debit card and bank account too.Watch out!
