Direct TV charged us for a sports ticket which we had not ordered. Calling the 800 number was a nightmare.

First of all, I had to talk to an inanimate object. I hate having to listen to all the annoying auto-options. When I finally was able to say, "Speak to a representative," I was put on hold for over 30 minutes.

Listening to 30 minutes of constant bad elevator music and DTV infomercials drove me up the wall. Once the girl finally answered, she was polite and helpful, but by then I was too upset to be nice back.
