I tried to do something nice for my dad's 82nd birthday, by giving him Direct TV. I asked for the new customer promotion they were offering. They told me I couldn't have it cause I was an existing customer.

I asked to speak with someone higher up and complained then that person offered several discounts to match the promotional offer. Well that never happened. They conveniently forgot what they promised, even though they take notes on every conversation.

They refused to send me a confirmation email at the time. They stated that they did not have the capability to send emails. They have been overcharging me for months. What was supposed to be a $49.00 a month charge is now $91.00 a month. Now they say I was never eligible for the discounts they promised and I'm stuck with it.
