Direct TV sales rep lied to us. We had been with Dish for years and had no problem but a sales rep from direct TV called and said he could save us money so we listened.

That was a mistake, he said our monthly charge would be locked in for 2 yrs. After a year our bill went up$40 we contacted 5 different representatives and the first couple of reps said it would be taken care of and we would get a credit. Then when we get our bill nothing changed. Talked to a representative last night and he told me this is how it is and live with it.

He said I could council my contract and pay$200 to council it. We can't wait for our contract to be up so we don't have to deal with direct TV anymore.

We also switched our cell phone service from at&t because we will not do business with a company that has this poor of customer service. At&t and direct TV lies to thier customers and could care less about them.
