I have been calling Direct TV about the non-functional Pandora issue since September. It plays one song and then goes mute.

Each time I call I am subjected to their trademark mode of customer service that results in hours of my time on hold, being shuffled to employees that want my story all over again, transfer me to others and the cycle goes on forever. They all pretend that they don't know that Pandora hasn't been working for months. They all say that there is no refund for the non-functional service of Pandora. They still advertise it as a feature but customers across the nation know that it hasn't worked since at least September.

They even sent a repairman to my house (four hours late) knowing that a repairman would have to tell me that it is not fixable from my end. Does anyone know of a lawsuit connected with this issue? At this moment I have been on hold for 31 minutes. "Carla" said she would transfer me to her supervisor.

She did not know his name or phone number but promised to transfer me. So I have now been listening to the supervisor's phone ring for an additional 23 minutes. I am disgusted by the routine abuse dished out by Direct TV.

I will cancel my association with this despicable company but I also want to be remunerated for the lack of Pandora service that I bought into when I purchased this package. Seriously, does anyone know of a lawsuit connected with ATT/Pandora/Direct TV?

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Pandora is not a service you pay DTV for. It is a courtesy service, so there is no refund/credit warranted.

Also, no lawsuit would ever be accepted.

Secondly, you, and all customers have arbitration clauses, so again, if you want legal actions taken, you must remit to arbitration and then be told you donโ€™t pay for it, and DTV can seek costs from you for their time and effort on a frivolous suit.
