I have been a direct tv customer since Aug 06 and everything has been fine. Then in the month of May I made my payment and 2 days alter my services were cut off.
I called them and they said they didnt show my payment. I gave them the confirmation number and also faxed my bank statement, showing where it had cleared. This morning they turned my services off and closed my account. It is June 24th and they are still saying they dont have a payment made in May.
They want me to pay $225 plus an extra month's service to get it turned back on.
