Direct sales represenatives tolod me lies like

1. You own the equipment afetr 24 months. Wrong

2. You can operate 2 TV's off 1 receiver. Wrong

3. You do not have a protection plan fee. Wrong

4. You are promised great customer service. Wrong

5. When you report a concern they act as if you made

up things, their sales staff are knowledgeable. Wrong

In fact, if you don't make yourself aware what you are

getting, you are at fault because they don't make mistakes

6. Buyer beware, make your call to Dish Network, cutomer service A+

I completely agree with FACT #5. The rep misinformed me, which has caused me to be charged double than the regular package I downgraded to. I called to let them know about the rep's mistake and was made to feel like their mistakes are mine and I cannot be reimbursed.
