On Nov.7, 2017 I signed up for bundling my cell phone, TV and internet.

Was issued an install date of Nov 13 from 9-11am. Noone showed up. no phone call. No explaination other than they are busy.

Got new install date. AGAIN- no show. After numerous calls and much time on phone- was told that there was already service at my house. Sent proof that there was not.

Rescheduled install. Tech showed up to apt and got out of truck telling us that we cannot get service due to our trees. Talked very negative about Direct TV, etc. Tech left.

Call was made again to have a new installer come get on roof where satalite would be placed. Got new install date. Storming rain that day- tech called and said he would come by to at least test things out with ladder on roof but he would come do the install today. He said that we had two good locations on the roof to get service.

BUT did NOT show up today. *3 times stood up- numerous hours on phone and no Direct TV/internet one month later!!!! unacceptable!!!! and no one ever has any answers.

Just get sent to one operator to the next.Very Very disappointed!!!!!!!!
