Directv - Direct TV needs lessons in customer service!
I must say that we are very disappointed in the way we were treated by customer service and by a 'supervisor' named Chris. There was a total of $150.00 taken from my husband's account UNAUTHORIZED. When calling to get our money returned I was informed that would not be possible??!??!?!?!?!
How do you any of you sleep at night? We understand that we have a bill with you but our three children's needs come first before entertainment! With you being the president/CEO of this company/VP, I'm sure you don't have to worry about things like that. I know this complaint will not even matter because we are one family, but I have a right to be heard and this is TERRIBLE way to treat customers! I will NO LONGER recommend this company to anyone.
How can you be proud to represent a company like this? Whatever happen to excellent customer service?
