Directv - Direct tv not coustomer friendley
After six years of paying my bill two weeks in advance, Direct TV decided to cut off my service, Why you ask? A tree was blocking my signal after 18 days of no service they come out to tell me that to correct my problem on you would need to use a forty foot ladder. I asked what the problem was with using the 40 footer and was told that it would be too dangerous. WHAT?
I thought that maybe I misunderstood what he had said so I asked and
received the following answers
Do you have 40ft ladders? YES
DO YOU HAVE TECHS TRAINED TO USE 40FT LADDERS? YES
Do you have bucket trucks YES
Then why won't you raise the dish? It would be to much trouble, someone may fall!!! We would rather just cansel your service.. WHAT
By the time I returned inside my 30 foot house, the service had been cut off. If you are considering ordering Direct tv, let me suggust a date for you, how about the 12th of never Hayes217_2000@yahoo.com
