April 3, 2017 (spoke to Jennifer and the call was recorded) as a returning customer i was offered a $200 Direct TV Visa Reward card. I went to redeem the offer and it states that per their records you are not eligible to redeem reward.http://redeem.directv.com/#/home/not-eligible I call Direct TV and spoke to Leo on 5/13/17 and he escalated to Mgmt Team...Spoke to a rep from the management team on 5/15/17 and she claimed that they cant find the notation in their system and that i should not expect the $200 Visa..
She offered $50 for the miscommunication which i rejected. I was told that there was not one else at Direct TV that i could escalate my concern.
