I went back to Direct TV on July 17th, 2017 and a big part of the reason was their $200 gift card offer. I have activated it, and had to call 3 times now.

I still do not have it. I am so disappointed in Direct TV and their phony tactics!!!! Why they make it so difficult, I dont know except they might think that people will give up. It is such dishonest marketing!!!!

I really regret having signed up with them again.

why do i have to do more words.......I am so unhappy about the whole process. I have called 5 times, one time got my call dropped and had to call back.

Product or Service Mentioned: Directv Reward Card.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

I didn't like: Any of their customer service, Not giving the card they offered, Phony offer.
