We were lied to from the beginning about Direct Tv. We signed up for Direct tv at Menards.

We signed to have Direct tv set up on 5 tvs. They said it was improved so much that it wouldn't go out in a storm or rain. We had a contractor for Direct tv come and hook it up. After he left we went to use our tv in the kitchen.

It said we had too many tvs going in the house and we had to delete one. With the kitchen we had 3 tvs turned on. So we called them. What a fiasco!

We had the wrong box set up and needed another one that was for 5 receivers which of course was more money.

They said we would save 70.00 a month and we are paying another 60.00. No tv when it rains hard or storms.

If you call back in 14 days(must be completed by then) you can ask them for another receiver after that you SOL. Let me ask you did you read anything online when you signed up at Menards did you look at the info about the equipment you would be getting? My guess is nope in that case this is your responsibility and issue not DirecTV
