A couple of weeks ago, we called Direct TV and stated that we are only getting 20 channels instead of our 200+, we did everything on our end that we could.They told us that they have to come to our house and charge us $49.95 to fix the problem.
My husband stated that we are renting their equipment and pay our monthly dues on time. One of their managers said he would reduce the price to $29.95. Again my husband stated that we are renting their equipment, then we where told that it probably has to do with the outside receiver and the receiver is ours after they install it. Never knew this before.
Neatless to say after 4 hours of waiting for our TV to work, all the channels appeared again without someone having to fix anything.
Our outside receiver was clear of any ice or any other obstacle at this time.I will cancel my direct TV in the near future.
This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Directv. The most disappointing about directv tv service at Directv was lack of concern for customers or what they are being told Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
