I cancelled service with Direct TV June 06, 2012 after being a valued customer of theirs for 5 years. After canceling my service, I returned the dvr equipment through ups.
2 months later I received a call from Direct TV stating that I had an outstanding balance on my account from $94.94 for pay paper view channels that they said I ordered from the year of 2009 and 2010. These dvr's are updated on a regular basis. So, why am I now getting charged 2 and 3 years later?
There wasn't any changes in the dvr at anytime from Direct TV. Company cannot explain these charges, and refuses to remove them.
