Schedulled tech to move the satelite.Was told he would be here between 8 and 12.
I phoned them at 1:00 and after jumping through hoop after hoop I was connected with a Spanish agent. After jumping through hoops for another 8 minutes I was finally connected with an English speaking (and I use the term loosely) agent who in turn informed me that the call was schedulled between 12 and 4. I would concede that perhaps I made a mistake if no less than three people had not heard the time of the appointment.
The thing that got to me mostly is that they treated me as though I was the one messing up.Think twice people before using Direct TV if you do not want people who barely master the English language to treat you as a ***.
