I ORDERED DIRECT TV TO BE IS INSTALLED AT MY HOUSE.WHEN THE TECH CAME I WAS WATCHING TV SO HE SAW THAT MY TV WAS IN WORKING CONDITION, WHEN HE INSTALLED HIS BOX MY TV WENT OUT AND WOULDN'T COME BACK ON.

AFTER HE FINISHED THE TV WAS STILL NOT WORKING, THEN HE WANTED ME TO SIGN HIS WORK THAT HE NEVER DID I REFUSED SO I WAS LEFT WITHOUT CABLE FROM DIRECT TV AND BRIGHT HOUSE. CALL THE SUPPORT PEOPLE THE PERSON ON THE LINE WAS VERY RUDE I DIDNT APPRECIATE HIS TONE AND THAT PISSSED ME OFF THERE IS NO WAY I AM CALL DIRECT TV TO GET A FREE TV THATS IMPRESSION I GOT FROM HIM THAT I WANTED TO GET A FREE TV. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND DIRECT TV TO ANYONE.

HAD BRIGHTHOUSE FOR YEARS SHOULD HAVE STUCK TO THEM.NOW I HAVE TO TAKE MY TV TO GET IT REPAIRED.THINGS HAPPEN BUT DONT ASSUME EVERYONE IS A CROOK OR WANT SOMETHING FOR FREE.
