I have made 4 calls, send several e-mails to disconnect Direct TV. Average wait time on phone is 20 minutes!
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I still can't get them to stop service. With the exception of ATT U-verse, which certainly came close, I can only imagine what others have gone through. I am trying to help and elderly person who has suffered a stroke and seizure and can no longer watch TV.
They have increased his bill from $27 per month to $57.01/month with no increase in service. What does one do to stop this rip-off from cable companies?
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $200.
