Directv - Direct TV Poor Service Houston
Well here in Houston these guys have hit rock bottom.First appointment showed up with no gear but wanted to upsell us something we did not want.
We rescheduled. Second appointment complete no show said someone had cancelled the appointment. Third appointment called after we waited 3.5 hours to say they did not have the boxes for our TVs. After we called repaetedly they finally admitted they had no employees in Houston (only the 4th largest city in the US) and it was all handled by subcontrators who, apparently, they have no control over.
Take my advice TV is not so important so as to deal with these liars.I am heading back to cable, not as much service, but has human elements in Houston.
