Have been complaining to direct TV for a year that my receiver doesn't work properly they replaced the receiver a year ago yet i continued to have an issue a tech came out today and replaced some other equipment an hour after he left the system was messing up again.I called direct TV again and they informed me that all of the R16 model dvrs have this disappearing guide issue and they do not have a solution to fix it.

So they admit to knowingly charging us for faulty equipment and not doing anything to fix it.

They don't care about the consumer they just want our money.Directv is a joke!
