I called Direct tv to resolve a matter of billing. I was on hold 35 minutes until a representive answered.
The representative was very rude and was explaining as if I was a child, she repeated herself over and over. I realized this is going no where, that's when I asked if I can speak to someone else, she started to repeat herself over and over. At this time I'm very upset I was on hold for 35 minuted just to be insulted by a representative of Direct TV. So I asked if someone else can help me, that's when she hung up on me.

I called right back was on hold for 45 minutes then another representative answered he was nice and understood what I was trying to explain to the previous reprentative his name was Jr. He was able to help within minutes.
