I just spent an hour and a half on the phone with Direct TV to no avail.I called and was put on hold for a half hour only to be hung up on.

I called back and spoke with "Kally" #100250698 and asked to speak to a supervisor I then waited another forty five minutes to speak to "Mary" 100279842. I explained to Mary that I canceled my account on the 4th. of Jan. They told me that I would owe $60.00 and they would send a box to send the receiver back, I complied and sent the receiver back on the7th.

of Jan. I got a bill for 425.52! I called back and again after an hour was told that there was a mistake and that I would be billed the $60.00. I checked my credit card account and they took 452.52 out of my account.

I called again and spoke to Mary again and she said that the charge was now 312.52 I called the bank and disputed the charge. I want to go on record that Direct TV is a rip off .

What can I do Now?
