I told my son "No problem, I will cancel DirecTV for you. You are moving to another state and can't get locals here." I called them, they said give us $50.00 and we will send a Tech and he will tell us if you can get signal or not.
No Way will I let my son pay this company ANY more money for something he can't get. He is so upset now, with the move here because his wife had to be hospitalized, she is dieing (that's why the move).
This is a heartless company.
I will be changing from DirecTV when my contract is over, as will everyone in our families. Pass the word.
