I frist order direct tv back in april and i let them know that this is temporary in a few months i will be moving.I asked will this be a problem to transfer service they simple said no just to give them the move date.when i moved the first problem was i needed 130dollars to transfer.then the date of installation the truck moves they give me monday the 6th monday comes and ive been scheduled for wednesday the 8th..mind you ontop that i hate this company know am stuck on a 2year contract with a company that doesnt care..ive missed 2 days of work and now i have to miss a 3rd! I could not get through to a supervisor to save my life..This company so sucks with customer service prompt service or consideration..I so miss my xfinity! I hate hate hated direct tv..i would not recommend them to anybody.they liteerally dont care about there customers!!
