I have the protection plan and recently added HD/DVR service to find out we received a bad box. I started calling last fri for help to find out I am now @ fri again and still have no service.
After calling and finding out I am a loyal customer and this is how I am treated. I wonder what would happen if I didn't pay for the protection plan? Buyer beware! I thought Dirct Tv was a good company and referred @ least 4 people to get the service.
I am sorry I did so if this is what happens if you have a problem!
There is no followup on their part It's all you! Beware!
